Return and Exchange Policy
We pride ourselves on our high-quality, beautiful, and carefully handmade products. Since our products are handmade from natural materials like leather, each product can have its own unique characteristics and, as such, can have slight variations in color, texture, and grain. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to fix it.
- We gladly accept exchanges or returns for non-personalized purchases. Just contact us within seven days of the delivery date and ship it back to us within 14 days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- Returns must be received in new condition, unused and unaltered. Products that show signs of wear are not eligible for a return, exchange, refund, or store credit.
- Final Sale, personalized, and international items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
- We accept cancellations for regular orders within three days and same-day cancellations for personalized orders.
